Guests: Meiswinkle, Harrison, Honegger, & Gage

The Lawyers Committee for 9/11 Inquiry, Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, along with 9/11 victim family members have filed a joint federal lawsuit against the US Department of Justice and the FBI for their failure to perform a congressionally mandated assessment of any evidence known to the FBI that was not considered by the 9/11 Commission related to any factors that contributed in any manner to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. David Meiswinkle, Mick Harrison, Barbara Honegger and Richard Gage provide a broad overview of both the lawsuit and the filing of a grand jury petition; the seven counts of relevant evidence included in the complaint which also cites the destruction by the FBI of evidence related to the "High Fivers"; the Executive Director and Commissioners of the 9/11 Review Commission along with its twelve staff members; next steps in the legal process and what a successful outcome would look like.

I'm curious about the FBI's role in the destruction of evidence (steel shipped to China), and the confiscation and subsequent concealment of evidence (video footage of some 80 cameras pointed at the Pentagon).

Since the WTC and the Pentagon were both crime scenes, the FBI would have had to have signed off on the removal of the steel, hastily shipped off to China for recycling. Who signed off and why?

Also, why AND how did the FBI know to swoop in and confiscate ALL(?) of the video footage from ALL(?) cameras pointed at the Pentagon beginning within minutes after the "plane" hit the it? It seems foreknowledge would have been required, within the FBI, to have done so, the same as the Israeli "high fivers" would have needed foreknowledge to document the occasion as they did, as well.

Finally, where is your demand for the footage from said cameras, and why are these prescient points missing in your lawsuit against the FBI?

I would love to believe this whole conspiracy thing but what I will never get past is the number of people who would have to keep this secret. People cannot keep their mouths shut for five minutes when they know something. There is just no way this secret could be kept. I put nothing past our rotten government and know they are capable of such evil but why isn%u2019t at least ONE person in the true know talking about it ( yes people do risk their lives to expose wrong- think Snowden).
